Submission of a registration form does not constitute a guaranteed booking. Funnel 24 reserves the right to confirm or decline registrations at its discretion.

All workshop materials, presentations, slides, handouts, and content provided by Funnel 24 are the exclusive intellectual property of Funnel 24. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any workshop content without prior written consent from Funnel 24. Recording of workshops in any format (audio, video, screenshot) is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

Workshop fees are specified per package at the time of registration. Funnel 24 reserves the right to update pricing at any time, and any applicable fee will be communicated to you prior to booking confirmation.

Payment is processed exclusively through Whish Money Transfer, a third-party electronic payment platform. By proceeding with payment, you agree to Whish Money's own terms of service and privacy policy, which are available on their platform. Funnel 24 does not collect, process, or store any payment credentials or financial information through this website.

Your registration will be considered confirmed only upon receipt of successful payment confirmation through Whish Money. Funnel 24 shall not be liable for any payment failures, delays, or disputes arising from the use of the Whish Money platform.

Funnel 24 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any workshop due to operational, technical, or other unforeseen reasons. In such cases, registered participants will be notified as soon as reasonably possible and offered an alternative date or a full refund of any amounts paid. Participants wishing to cancel their registration must notify Funnel 24 in writing. Cancellation and refund eligibility will depend on the timing of the request relative to the workshop date, as detailed in the booking confirmation.

Funnel 24 workshops are educational and informational in nature. Nothing in our workshops or materials constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of business outcomes. Participants are responsible for applying any knowledge gained at their own risk and judgment. Funnel 24 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from participation in our workshops or reliance on our content.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully during all Funnel 24 workshops. Funnel 24 reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is disruptive, offensive, or in violation of these terms, without refund.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Lebanese courts.

Funnel 24 may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
